Welcome to Swan Cove Cottage on East Lake

Nestled on the shores of East Lake, Swan Cove Cottage will delight your senses. Our newly built cozy cottage, with its breath taking screened-in porch overlooking our private cove, is just minutes from the Sandbanks Provincial Park.

Swan Cove Cottage’s open concept layout will sleep 2 adults with its luxurious King size bed, which can be converted into extra long twins.

Our beautifully appointed cottage comes with all bed & bath linens. Please bring your own beach towels.
The kitchenette is perfect for preparing breakfast & lunch or you can use the barbecue to prepare your feasts.





Don’t want to cook? Prince Edward County is known for their incredible restaurants featuring fresh “County” products.

What to do at Swan Cove Cottage

Step into the large screened-in veranda where you can relax in the outdoor living and dining area overlooking your private fairway.
Bring your own Canoe and Kayak where you launch in Swan Cove steps from the cottage.
Bring your bicycle to experience the wonderful vistas in and around Swan Cove Cottage. You are only 2 min bicycle ride to the Sandbanks Beach.

Outdoor games are available (badminton, croquet, horseshoes etc…)
Sit by the waters edge and enjoy Mother Nature.
Enjoy the evening sounds sitting around the fire pit.

The Sandbanks Provincial Park entrance is just a short distance away and a Provincial Park Pass is provided so you do not have to line up.

Minimum stay: 2 Nights


Payment terms: 25% upon booking, 75% due 21 days prior to check-in.
If the check-in day is only 28 days away, or less, one payment of 100% is required.

Cancellation Policy:
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. 
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund.


Damage Deposit: a $500.00 and is due upon arrival either in cash or cheque, which will be returned upon checkout inspection.

This is aNo Smokingcottage - Smoke and CO detectors are installed.

Year-round rentals. All rates are in Canadian Dollar (C$).

Directions to Swan Cove Cottage

From Toronto exit Hwy 401 at Wooler Road (Exit 522) and continue south on HWY 33 (Loyalist Parkway) along the shores of Lake Ontario through Wellington. Follow the signs to Sandbanks Provincial Park in Bloomfield, pass the entrance to the Park and continue through the Hamlet of Outlet which leads you to County Road 18 - the entrance to Swan Cove Cottage is on your left.

From Kingston, Ottawa, Montreal exit Hwy 401 at Marysville Road (Exit 566) and follow Hwy 49 to Picton, crossing the Bay of Quinte into Prince Edward County. Continue through Picton and turn left (in front of the LCBO store) onto Lake Street. Follow Lake Street through Cherry Valley and continue driving on East Lake Road to 1122 County Rd 18 on your right.

The cottage has convenient parking for up to 2 cars.

Please note, that your GPS might show the wrong entrance to Swan Cove Cottage.
Do not exit the road into Parr Lane. Coming from Picton please continue instead another 300 m to the civic property sign 1122.
